Gurugram (Haryana) [India], Apr.5 : Silverglades Golf Development Company Pvt. Ltd (SGDC) India's leading integrated golf course development company is in the process of developing four golf courses across the country. Riding on the growing popularity and the huge opportunity the game presents for India, SGDC has bagged prestigious projects in New Delhi, Naya Raipur, Jammu and Kashmir, and Mizoram.
Thenzwal Golf Resort Mizoram is the first project being developed by any state under the "Swadesh Darshan Scheme" by Ministry of Tourism India. The picturesque KGC in Srinagar, which was destroyed during the floods of 2014 is expected to woo players and tourists once again by second half of 2017.
Delhi Development Authority Qutab Golf course in Lado Sarai will be reconstructed to feature new design of Greens, Tees, bunkers, water bodies and a state of the art underground drainage and Irrigation system over two phases. Lastly, Naya Raipur will see the commissioning of first 18-hole golf course of international in central India over the next three years.
