Cabinet on Saturday, said that he will would 'expose' the names of those involved in an alleged scam in the supply of water on Sunday.
Mishra is believed to be close to senior AAP leader Kumar Vishwas who has been at loggerheads with the party leadership recently.
Taking to Twitter, in a series of tweets in Hindi, Mishra said he would reveal the same details that he gave CM Kejriwal to everyone at 11:30 am on Sunday at Rajghat.
"I have witnessed HIM taking illegal cash.. have shared all details with Lt. Gov," said Mishra in a tweet after meeting LG Anil Baijal.
Earlier, stating that he was the only minister with no corruption charges, no CBI enquiry, he said, "I have not given any position to any relative. I exposed corruption done by Sheila Dikshit," Mishra said in a tweet, in an apparent jibe at Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and Health Minister Satyendar Jain.
In another tweet, he also alleged a big conspiracy ahead of his media address.

Mishra became the fourth AAP minister to be sacked after Jitendra Singh Tomar, Asim Ahmed Khan and Sandeep Kumar, since the AAP stormed to power in 2015.
Mishra said he had met the chief minister on Saturday and handed over documents related to the alleged scam.
"I was not informed of the decision and as per my knowledge, it was taken unilaterally by Kejriwal. The Cabinet or the Political Affairs Committee (the AAP's top decision- making body) was not involved," Mishra said.
Mishra had earlier said that alleged tampering of electronic voting machines was not the only reason for the party's defeat and there were other factors responsible for it.
The AAP leadership has been maintaining that "rigging" of EVMs have been a reason for the party's poor show in Punjab and its rout in the Delhi civic polls.
